Michael T. Caulfield focuses his practice on banking and foreclosure matters, legal malpractice and general commercial litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters. Additionally, Michael has tried cases to jury verdict in the Superior Courts of Hudson and Essex Counties.
Prior to joining Schepisi & McLaughlin, P.A., Michael served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Albert J. Garofolo, P.J.Cr. in Atlantic County, and was an associate at Youngblood, Corcoran, Lafferty & Hyberg in Linwood, NJ; Sweet Pasquarelli in New Brunswick, NJ, and Brady, Brady & Reilly in Kearny, NJ.
Michael received his J.D. from New York Law School in 2005 where he graduated cum laude and his B.A. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2002. He is also a graduate of the American Board of Trial Advocates Trial College held at Princeton University in June of 2010.
Admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, Michael is also a former member of the Vincent S. Haneman American Inns of Court.
