Glenn M. Finkel is a key member of Schepisi & McLaughlin, P.A.’s litigation department and focuses his practice on commercial, personal injury, appellate and landlord/tenant matters. He handles cases of all types, including criminal proceedings, in municipal court and has expertise in negotiating favorable settlements for clients in a variety of legal actions.
After graduating law school, Glenn served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Scancarella, J.S.C. Prior to joining Schepisi & McLaughlin, P.A., Glenn was a partner at the law firm of Damian, Taylor, Russo & Finkel in Clifton, New Jersey, where he headed the firm’s litigation department.
Glenn received his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Ithaca College.
Admitted to the bar of the State of New Jersey, Glenn is a member of the Bergen County and Passaic County Bar Associations.
Glenn is also a member of the United Way of Passaic County and the Work Force Investment Board of Passaic County.
