
Aline S. Grossman focuses her practice on real estate matters for a diverse clientele. She closes transactions for those pursuing development, investment and other business and personal properties throughout New Jersey and New York. She negotiates and closes transactions involving the transfer of more than $200 million each year and has settled transactions for buyers and sellers involving commercial and residential property, condominium and rental units, hotels and restaurants, hospitals and long-term care facilities, educational institutions and other non-profit organizations. Additionally, Aline has formed numerous condominium associations and hundreds of business entities.
Aline received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, M.P.A. from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs and graduated summa cum laude from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York with a B.A. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and was a Ford Foundation Scholar and a Richardson Scholar.
Admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey and New York, Aline is a member of the State of New Jersey Roster of Foreclosure Mediators in Bergen, Morris and Essex counties and is able to mediate matters relating to civil litigation and foreclosure.
